YR Document Services LLC was founded in November 2024 with the goal of providing comprehensive solutions for the preparation of immigration documents, as well as other essential services for those who need administrative support in starting businesses, obtaining business licenses, and more. Our commitment is to deliver efficient and personalized service to each of our clients, ensuring that we make processes easier—especially those that can often feel complicated or overwhelming.

The Team Behind YR Document Services LLC
My name is Yesiley Rincón. I’m originally from Venezuela and graduated as an accountant in 2014. From a young age, I discovered my passion for document preparation by helping my family with writing letters, creating résumés, scheduling bank and passport appointments, and updating personal information. My dedication to administrative work has led me to support many people in the community over the years.


Over the years, I worked as an accounting assistant, administrative assistant, and independent accountant.
In 2016, I migrated to the Dominican Republic, where I became the manager of a workshop in 2017, working as an administrator. Later, I moved to Chile, and in 2019, I launched my own digital business focused on immigration services.
In 2022, I arrived in the United States—without imagining that it would be the beginning of a brand-new chapter in my life. In 2023, I decided to take paralegal courses in the U.S., which allowed me to solidify and expand my knowledge in the legal and immigration fields. These studies were key in taking the next step toward founding YR Document Services LLC.
I also had the opportunity to work with Servicios Hispanos Nacionales, which became an invaluable experience for my professional growth.
My greatest motivation has always been to help people who need support navigating these processes. That’s why I founded YR Document Services LLC—with a commitment to offering trustworthy, accessible, and high-quality service.
A fundamental pillar in this project has been Mikel García, my husband. Mikel has played a crucial role in coordinating our teams, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. He has also been essential in expanding our reach, connecting me with new people, and helping bring in clients. His constant support and ability to manage client relationships have been key to the growth of our business.
